Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients with day-to-day technical issues and managing large accounts to achieve high customer satisfaction and, as a result, repeat business.
- After each service call, we collect feedback from our customers/clients on the level of service we provided.
- Customers are provided with pre- and post-installation technical help over the phone or on-site, as well as after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline with networking experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Good understanding of SQL queries and troubleshooting on the Windows platform.
